There's been a lot of recent attention around kids getting into trouble with online predators and stalkers on social networking sites. In mid-April MySpace.com announced that it hired its first Online Safety Chief, a former federal prosecutor who specialized in child exploitation cases, Hemanshu Nigam. This decision by MySpace.com to strengthen its security commitment is a very positive move that will help keep kids safer.
